Unable to access Affiliate Portal (affiliate.retellai.com) – Redirect Issue

Hi Retell Support,

I’m reaching out because I’m unable to access the affiliate portal at https://affiliate.retellai.com/.

Issue: When I try to log in or navigate to the portal, I’m being redirected to a different page instead of loading the affiliate dashboard. This prevents me from managing my affiliates and processing withdrawals.

What I’ve tried:

  • Accessing the URL directly from the browser
  • Clearing cache and cookies
  • Using a different browser

The redirect issue persists across all attempts.

Could you please look into this and help me regain access? I need to review my affiliate activity and manage pending withdrawals.
