When the Retell forum first got made, I created an account and submitted a problem. That problem got fixed, and I wanted to mark it as ‘solved’, but I can no longer sign in with my old sign-in information. It is forcing me to use my Retell account information, so I do not know how to access my old account and update my problem to ‘solved’.
Based on the available information, Retell AI uses Auth0 as their login system for account security(1). A common login issue occurs when users try to sign in using a different method than they originally used to create their account(2).
Google SSO and email-password sign-in are treated as separate accounts in Retell AI’s system and are not automatically linked(1). Make sure you use your original method of signing up(2).
If you created your forum account with email and password originally, try logging in with that method instead of Google SSO (or vice versa)(2).
