Although I requested multiple times to reet my password (since I obviously forgot mine?!) on the retell website I didn’t receive a 6 digit code to confirm that I am the account holder. (I also checked my spam folder).
I wrote an email to support@retellai.com and ask: please check whats wrong and provide me with a password reset link.
Only Evy AI is answering, always asks whether I originally used google for login or my normal email account. I don’t know, actually, my registration was more than one year ago!
And Evy again and again asks me this question, although I asked it to forward my request to a human…
Could you please give me an retall support email of a HUMAN??
