Hi, I’d like to request that Turkey (+90) be whitelisted for outbound calls on my account. I’m testing an AI receptionist agent and need to place test calls to Turkish numbers. My phone number is +1(825)450-8249 (Twilio). Could you please enable this? Thank you.
Hello @ferhatkaragul710 Unfortunately Turkey is not currently supported for outbound calls through Retell’s managed telephony providers. To make calls to Turkey, you’d need to set up Custom Telephony with your own SIP trunk.
