Subject: Enable outbound calling to Portugal (+351) — account whitelist request

I’m getting “Call country not supported: PT” when triggering outbound calls from my Retell-purchased number to Portuguese numbers (+351). Portugal is enabled in my Allowed Outbound Countries setting, but calls are still blocked at the telephony layer, so I think this needs whitelisting at the account/platform level.

Please enable PT (+351) for outbound calls on my account.

I’ll send my account email, agent ID, outbound number and a sample blocked call privately rather than post them here — just let me know the best address or DM to send them to.

Portugal(+351) is not on the supported list — that’s why you’re seeing “Call country not supported”.

To make calls to Portugal(+351), you’d need to set up Custom Telephony with your own SIP trunk.
