I’m on a paid account using custom telephony via Telnyx SIP trunk. Outbound calls to Turkey are failing with SIP 403 D13 error: “Dialed number +90XXXXXXXXXX (associated countries: TUR) is not included in whitelisted countries USA, CAN”. Please whitelist Turkey at the account level.

If anyone got the same problem as me, just know that it’s caused by “Telnyx”, apparently even after full verification, they still block calling outside the US. I figured that out since I changed my provider to twilio to test this theory, and it actually worked.
So if this ever happens to you, just contact them and tell them to enable outbound calling or whatever
