Hello @sami.chalbia Unfortunately, these destinations are not currently supported for outbound calls through Retell’s managed telephony providers. To make calls to these destinations, you’ll need to set up Custom Telephony using your own SIP trunk.

@sami.chalbia The countries you listed are highly regulated, and their regulations stipulate that you can either call internationally to these destinations, or must obtain a local service provider and connect them via an SBC service. For example, Cloudonix has customers in Turkey and the UAE, servicing their customers using Voice AI platforms (including Retell), via the Cloudonix infrastructure in the UAE and Europe.
