10DLC Registration Issues Even with Correct Information

I’ve tried to submit my business profile for review as part of the 10DLC registration and it keeps getting rejected for the business registration number being incorrect. I’ve reviewed the application several times and cross-checked with the formal documentation I have for the business (IRS letter providing the EIN number) and it is correct. I reached out to support@retellai.com providing screenshots of the application I filled out and attaching the formal documentation to show that the number is correct. I get an automated reply saying to use the correct EIN number and re-submit.

Is there a way to get a manual review of my application? I’ve asked for it via email, but I don’t get a response.

All the information is the form is correct and I’ve tried reaching out to support@retellai.com, including supporting documentation to verify the information but the automated response continues to say just fix the information and resubmit. When I ask for a manual review, I don’t get any response.
