To resolve this, you need to send your documents directly to support@retellai.com for manual verification.(2)(3) When you email support, include:

  • Your account email: dharmveer15512@gmail.com
  • Your Workspace ID (found in account settings, bottom left of the dashboard)(1)
  • Mention that Persona verification succeeded but the status hasn’t synced
