Business Profile Continually Rejected when I HAVE an EIN

I need to add SMS to my phone line, and in order to do so I need a business profile. My company has an EIN, and whenever I submit the business profile, it is being rejected and the reason it’s giving is:

The application was denied. Please correct it and resubmit:

  • The Business Registration Number failed verification. Please be sure to use the legal company name and EIN number found in your Tax records.

I am 100% certain that every single piece of information and every single number is entered correctly. I do not understand why it’s continually being rejected. There seems to be nobody to talk to, nowhere to go. I can provide PDFs of my company’s incorporation as well as the IRS assigned EIN. But it seems like the only thing I am able to do is repeatedly submit the request to see it repeatedly rejected.
