Urgent: Request to Whitelist Peru (+51) for Outbound Calls - Agent ID agent_dffa325f8086d9d5a480684607

Hi Retell Support Team,

I am writing to request a manual whitelist for outbound calls to Peru (+51) for our account. We are a paid “Pay As You Go” user from Universidad Marcelino Champagnat (UMCH).

The Problem: Despite enabling Peru (PE) in the Phone Number settings and via the API (using outbound_allowed_countries), we consistently receive the error: “Call country not supported: PE”. This happens in both the Batch Call tool and the “Make Outbound Call” manual dialer.

Unfortunately Peru is not currently supported for outbound calls through Retell’s managed telephony providers (Twilio/Telnyx). To make calls to Peru, you’d need to set up Custom Telephony with your own SIP trunk.
