Request to enable Chile (+56) for outbound calls

Hi Retell team,

We need to enable outbound phone calls to Chile (+56) from our account. Currently getting “Call country not supported: CL” when using our Retell-purchased number (+14322553767).

We also have a custom Twilio number (+13136467334) with CL in the allowed outbound list, but calls fail with “telephony_provider_unavailable”.

Could you please:

  1. Whitelist Chile (+56) at the account level for our Retell-purchased numbers
  2. Or advise on how to properly configure outbound calls to Chilean mobile numbers

This is urgent as we need voice AI calls for our production customers in Chile.

For your custom Twilio number (+13136467334): The telephony_provider_unavailable error indicates an issue on the Twilio side, not Retell. You can check our Debug outbound connection issues - Retell AI Guide

And Could you please provide your Org ID?
