I need to enable outbound phone calls

Hi Retell team,

We need to enable outbound phone calls to Chile (+56), Peru (+51), Colombia (+57) and Mexico (+52) from our account. Currently getting “Call country not supported: CL” when using our Retell-purchased number (+1(507)264-4277).

Could you please:

  1. Whitelist the countrys at the account level for our Retell-purchased numbers

  2. Or advise on how to properly configure outbound calls to Chilean and the others country’s mobile numbers

Hey @sebastian

Chile (CL), Peru (PE), and Colombia (CO) are not on the supported list — that’s why you’re seeing “Call country not supported”. Mexico (MX) should work as its supported country for Retell-purchased (Twilio) numbers.

To make calls to Chile (+56), Peru (+51), Colombia (+57), you’d need to set up Custom Telephony with your own SIP trunk.
