Workspace Basics
- Each organization has a workspace — the top-level container
- Workspaces contain agents, phone numbers, knowledge bases, and call logs
- Access Control: invite team members and assign roles (Owner, Admin, Member)
API Keys
- Navigate to Settings → API Keys
- Your API key authenticates all API requests
- Keep it secret — never expose in client-side code
- Use webhook secrets to verify incoming webhook payloads
Billing
- Pay-as-you-go per-minute pricing
- Monitor usage in Settings → Billing
- Set spending alerts to avoid surprises
