Hi All,
I was wondering if for every client do you set up their own Retell AI Workspace or do you have one Workspace with many clients?
Thanks,
Dean

It depends on how you manage your clients, but having a separate workspace for each client is a good idea for privacy and manageability.
I set up their own Retell AI workspace and gave developer admin to my account, but it will depend on the usecase
I agree,. Even though it’s more setup it does seem to make more sense to segment out each client by workspace. Seems to be more pros than cons.
Thanks for your info.
Same here, separate workspace per client by default.
Main reasons it’s been worth the extra setup for me: billing stays clean (each client’s call usage sits on their own account, not pooled into mine), no chance of cross-client data or numbers getting mixed up, and handover is painless if a client ever leaves, you just hand over the workspace. One shared workspace gets messy quick once you’ve got a few clients with their own agents, numbers and knowledge bases.
Only time I’d keep it in one is a quick demo or internal test build that’s never going to be a real client.
