Im constantly being charged and I have no idea how my bill has racked to over $100

So, at some point last year, I had started testing the service to help my client with doing scheduled follow up on inbound leads from the website. The client never approved anything even after I built a fully functioning system. I had no idea that the number I’ve been using will at some point just be spammed by random callers - not sure if it was the Twilio database leaking out newly purchased numbers or what.

But TL;DR - I have a racked up $100 bill + every month since then I was being charged $2 without me knowing. Thankfully my credit card is not auto approving these transactions. I have given up after following with Retell support asking me for clarification on what happened.

I’m lost and feeling helpless and cheated. Not sure how to deal with this. All I want is to delete the account and start fresh to be able to help others use this service to their advantage.
