Paid $2 for Twilio phone number but not showing in dashboard

I was charged $2 on March 14, 2026 (Invoice NTB6UIN7-0002, Receipt 2400-1810) for a US Twilio phone number but my Phone Numbers page is completely empty. Emailed support 14+ hours ago, only got an auto-reply. Anyone else facing this, or know a fix

Hi Saim, thanks for reaching out. The 2.00 USD charge on the invoice is expected behavior. Our logs show that you purchased the US Twilio phone number +17869361469 on March 12 at 3:49 PM and then deleted it about 40 minutes later at 4:30 PM, which is why your Phone Numbers page is now empty. When you purchase your first phone number, we charge a one-time 2.00 USD setup fee to cover the cost of provisioning the number with our telephony provider. This fee is charged at the time of purchase regardless of how long the number is kept, and is non-refundable since the number was successfully provisioned and active during that time. Your regular monthly billing cycle will not include any phone number charges going forward since the number has been removed.
