Hi. Kindly cancel my subscription. I have stopped using it and have removed all the phone numbers since a few months but it keeps charging me $2 monthly.
I have tried contacting on Discord but no help there.

The $2 monthly charge is the fee for Retell Phone Numbers.(2) If you’ve already deleted all phone numbers but are still being charged, there may be other subscription-based items in your account.(1)
According to a similar case in the community, after deleting phone numbers, there may be one final invoice for the phone number, but recurring charges should stop.(3)

To stop the $2 monthly charges, you can delete any phone numbers you’ve purchased from us. Additionally, you can delete your account by following the instructions in this document.
I have already deleted my only number months ago. I tried deleting my account but it tells me to settle some pending $2 balance. This is after it has already charged me for multiple months after I deleted that number. Kindly check my account.

I checked your account, and I see that you have multiple open invoices
Kindly check the charges that have been made on my attached card. Invoices may be open but I have been getting charged every month. Also I deleted the number months ago so how come are invoices still being made?
The most recent invoice is from October, and I still see that all invoices were unpaid.
I have been charged till October or November I believe. And I had already deleted my number prior to that. My card was recently blocked due to this charge and the bank kept calling me. Will I need to provide my credit card statement for this? Kindly delete my account and cancel my subscription. I don’t want anything to do with this anymore.
