I just recently joined and created an agent and knowledge base.
I’m trying to add SMS capability to my agent but I keep getting kicked out from the ‘create business profile’ modal.
As soon as I enter my business name it immediately and automatically redirects to another page where it shows my personal phone number that I joined with (not my Twilio number I purchased through Retell) and also shows that I have no purchased phone numbers.
When I refresh the page everything goes back to normal.
Then I try the process again and the same bug happens.
My only goal for SMS is to allow my agent to send texts to callers regarding appointment confirmations, booking links, etc.
Team is looking into it. Meanwhile, as a workaround, please avoid other interactions on the page while filling out the business profile form and try to complete it quickly in one go. We apologize for the inconvenience and will follow up once this is resolved.
Could you also please try again and let us know if you’re still experiencing the problem?, If you still face this issue a loom video would be very helpful for us to better understand the issue.
This situation is unusual, as those fields are required and normally prevent moving to the next step. To troubleshoot, please try logging out, clearing your browser cache, and then logging back in.
This isn’t a typical issue, so following these steps should help resolve it. Please let us know if the problem persists.
I left Synthflow and came here because their knowledge base wasn’t working. I really don’t want to have to try a 3rd company due to dev issues preventing basic builds.
This issue is a bit tricky, and team is looking for the root cause.
If this is urgent, would you be okay with us filing it on your behalf? You can share a screenshot with the required details, and we can proceed with creating the business profile for you.
If you are okay with that, Please email us at support@retellai.com with the details. Our team will provide detailed guidance and assist you further.
I think I found the issue. It allowed me to complete the process as long as I manually typed to fill each field. The problem occured each time I used the suggested auto-fill that popped up when I clicked into a field.
