A2P registration rejected even though Business profile and campaign were both approved. The stated rejection reason is unknown. How do I find out the reason in order to make this approved? How do I escalate this with Twilio thru Retell?
I had the same problem before but after I contacted Twilio. They guided me on how to get approve. I recommend contacting Twilio support, and they will be able to help you out.
Hey @lasallekey The rejections aren’t from Retell they’re from the telephony provider. Please create a ticket with them. Thank You
I’ve been through this quite a bit. You likely have to update the SMS Opt in language on the consent page. I’d recommend contacting Twillio directly.
