Unable to use ChatGPT app

Greetings.

I have a ChatGPT Plus plan, but whenever I try to use the new app it simply does not trigger?
I have double checked. Its installed/connected. I only have the disconnect prompt yet when ever I try to use the @ notation or by using + => More method. I genuinely have no idea and ChatGPT does not give me more info.

Since new users can’t upload more then one media I am forced to this.

Have you tried logging out and back in and/or forcing a hard refresh?
This seems to be a ChatGPT website issue.
We can confirm the application is visible and working for other customers.
