If you are closing voice AI deals faster than you can build them, this is for you. You keep the client & the relationship. I build.
Why I am useful to an agency specifically. I have run the other side. I took a services company to $545,000 with 25 remote workers, managing storefronts that did over $5M. A platform rule change broke the unit economics overnight, I cut the team 75% to survive it, & rebuilt the whole front office on automation. I know what it costs you when a build slips, because I have been the one explaining it to the client.
What I take on.
- Retell builds end to end. Custom-LLM WebSocket rather than the visual builder, so pacing, turn-taking & interruption handling are things I change in code. About 1.5 seconds warm to first audio in production.
- Backend integration that does not lie. Tool-calling into real calendars, POS & CRM, with every write failing closed. Your agent never tells a caller it booked something it did not.
- n8n orchestration, SMS & email lifecycle, A2P 10DLC, the unglamorous plumbing.
- An eval harness in front of every deploy. Golden scenarios in a database, deterministic grading, an LLM judge on conversation quality. On my own build the unqualified-lead gate holds 4 of 4 & abuse hard-stops 3 of 3.
That last one is the part agencies underrate. The thing that burns a client relationship is not a clunky agent. It is an agent that reports success on a write that failed, & nobody finds out for a week.
I have been up at 2am with a client’s phone line down & no way to tell how long it had been down. It cost me a night & a lot of trust. Everything above exists because of that.
White label, your name on it, I stay invisible. Fixed scope per build or a monthly retainer if you have steady flow.
If you send me a build & I think your in-house person could do it in an afternoon, I will say so. DM me here.
