Hey, I’m Russell. I run Amplify Automation, a Brisbane-based AI agency that builds Voice AI for trades and home services businesses (electricians, plumbers, HVAC, roofers, cleaners, pest control, and the rest of the crew).

I’ve been writing software for over 20 years, and since 2023 I’ve focused on helping small businesses use AI to win back time and stop missing calls. My stack of choice is Retell paired with n8n, Vercel, and whatever CRM the client lives in (HubSpot, ServiceM8, GoHighLevel, you name it).
