Retell platform voice (Andrea)

I tried to change the voice to a retell voice (Andrea) but the accent of the voice goes away any time the agent is instructed to say specific things. for example, in the introduction component we tried an instruction that says, “Thank the user for calling {{nickname}}, let the user know who this is ({{agent_name}}), and ask if they would like to book an appointment today.”. Whenever the agent performs this step the agent accent goes away completely so it sounds like a completely different person. Do you have any solutions to this? we thought it was because that instruction had quotation marks, but we took those off and still had the same problem. Here are two examples in which the first sentence has a completely different accent as the second sentence:

We’re continuously working with our voice engine to improve accent stability across different text patterns, but currently this is a limitation with certain voice clones when encountering proper nouns and structured instructions.
