Hello. I’ve created a voice agent that will be used for clients in the Levant region, Lebanon mainly. I noticed that the support for Arabic language is only for Saudi accent. How can we mitigate this issue? Thank you in advance for your support and this wonderful product.

You can try to import custom voices from providers such as ElevenLabs.

I did exactly that. However when importing into Retell AI, there is only support for Saudi-Arabic. Even though the custom ElevenLabs voice was trained using a Lebanese speaker’s speech, upon deploying in Retell AI, the agent was speaking Saudi Arabic instead of Lebanese Arabic.
