My previously well-performing voice AI agent using the Cimo voice has suddenly lost accent understanding and is now causing major business impact.

I am creating this topic to report a serious regression issue with my voice AI agent that is actively affecting my business.
Earlier, my AI agent using the Cimo voice was working extremely well and was able to understand different accents clearly. With the same agent configuration and same voice, the performance has now degraded badly. The agent is no longer able to understand accents properly and frequently misses or misinterprets user input.
This change happened without any major changes from my side, which strongly suggests a backend, STT, or voice-related issue.
