Outbound calls to Chile (+56) not supported

Hello Retell Team,

We successfully configured and tested outbound AI calls using a Retell/Twilio native number.

Calls to U.S. numbers work correctly.

However, when attempting to call Chilean numbers (+56), Retell returns:

“Call country not supported: CL”

Could you please confirm if outbound calls to Chile can be enabled for our account?

We are deploying AI commercial agents for our company in Chile and need outbound support for Chilean numbers.

Chile (CL) is not on the supported list — that’s why you’re seeing “Call country not supported”.

To make calls to Chile (+56) you’d need to set up Custom Telephony with your own SIP trunk.
