This past weekend, while testing the retail platform, I created ~30 voice agents and assigned each a unique phone number, not realizing phone numbers are billed at $2 each rather than usage-based. I deleted the agents and released the numbers after testing the platform then realize how much I was billed afterwards.
Had I understood the pricing, I would not have provisioned those numbers. I’m writing to request a refund for the phone numbers created in error.
