I’ve been trying to delete my account because I no longer want to use this service, but every time I attempt it, I get an error saying the request failed. I already followed the instructions and used the link your team sent me, but it just keeps redirecting me to the same page without actually deleting anything. This has been going on for multiple attempts, and it’s becoming very frustrating. I need a real person to step in, manually delete my account, and ensure all of my data, including my payment information, is fully removed.
