I’m running several live voice agents for real customers, and I buy separate phone numbers for each of them. Lately, I’ve noticed that my purchased phone numbers occasionally get changed or completely removed from my account. The most frustrating part is that this happens without any notification or explanation from the platform. Has anyone dealt with this before? Would love to know if there’s a specific policy I’m missing or a way to lock these numbers down. Thanks in advance!
