Being overbilled for deleted number

I’m being billed for a number that has been deleted, both for the number, and for the SMS function that was attached to it, so around 22+ dollars extra per month for a number that was deleted. How can I talk to someone about it?

Hello @jakesandroidphone Hey, could you please email support@retellai.com and include your Org ID and the phone number you deleted? The team will review your case and investigate why you may have been overcharged.

Hey @jakesandroidphone You can find your org/workspace ID in Settings → Workspace → General. It appears under Workspace ID.
