❗ Partner Portal Publishing Issue

Hi Retell Team,

We’ve been approved as a partner and we have completed our profile for the partner program on your Partner Portal. We’ve looked at your other partner pages, and ours are completely aligned with how they have filled theirs out.

When clicking the “Publish to Partner Page” button, we’re getting the following error.

  • Edge Function returned a non-2xx status code

If you could help us with this, it would be greatly appreciated. Please let us know if anything is required on our end.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! The issue was a missing required field, but the validation was missing a clear alert. The issue has been resolved, and you can proceed with publishing your Partner profile. Thank you!
