Outbound calls blocked — "Account is not verified" error


Ive been testing my agent through Gohighlgevel and Sympana connector and i have completed phone number verification and have a payment method linked. When I try to place outbound calls via Sympana Connector from GHL, I get the error: “Retell account is not verified. Please verify your Retell account.”

I see no pending verification steps in my dashboard. All verifications appear complete.

Please confirm whether outbound calling is enabled for my account and activate it if pending.
