Telephony / Phone Numbers Cannot enable outbound calls — no verification option available”

Hi, I already connected my Twilio number via SIP trunk and my number appears in Retell.

However, I see the message “Verify your identity to make outbound calls” but there is no button or way to complete verification.

Can you please enable outbound calling for my account?

Website / documentation:
We are currently in the validation phase and building the system, so we don’t have a public website yet. However, this is a legitimate project focused on healthcare service optimization.
