I’m getting an error every time I add a document and try to save it when creating a new knowledge base. I tried all 3 Documents options, and got errors for each: (1) Add Text; (2) Upload Files; and (3) Add Web pages.
Below are the errors:
(1) Add Text:
Failed to process the knowledge base:
• Error creating knowledge base text source: Updated Master Knowledge Base
(2) Upload Files:
Failed to process the knowledge base:
• Error creating knowledge base file source: Updated Master Knowledge Base.pdf
(3) Add Web pages
Failed to process the knowledge base:
• Error creating knowledge base url source: https://docs.google.com/document/ (I intentionally removed the slug on the URL in this Support Message for Privacy reasons.
I have previously successfully added and created other Knowledge Base’ on my account without issues, so this is a new error for my account.
