I try to upload three knowledge bases of 750KB. They fail after some time in progress.

The error references a .pdf file. Try converting the PDF to a different supported format like .docx or .md (Markdown is recommended for best results).
Retell recommends .md files over .txt for better chunking and retrieval accuracy.
