The offer used to show up in a widget in the lower corner of the screen (after clicking on the “How likely are you to refer…”). But I clicked that and submitted and the credit offer didn’t show.
So, I’m wondering if the offer is gone or there’s another way to activate it.
Could you please clarify what you mean by the credit offer not showing up? Additionally, do you have any evidence of the review you mentioned (such as a screenshot)? This will help us investigate further.
I think that would happen when clicking on one of the buttons, one of the 1 to 10 buttons for how likely are you to refer retail, but it doesn’t show up for me.
I haven’t left a review yet, but I would love to, Especially if the credit offer is still available.
Once you close or dismiss it, the offer will not appear again. If you clear your browser cache, it may show up again; however, this also depends on whether the credit has already been claimed in another workspace or previously used.
This should be automatically granted once the conditions are met. If it’s still not appearing, could you please share your organization ID so we can check this for you?
To find your Workspace ID / Org ID, go to your workspace settings page in the dashboard. You can access it from the system settings page, and the workspace ID will be displayed there.
