Thank you Omar, I believe the reviews was either posted via my Google or Facebook profile (I know it provided 2 options and one wasnt working) could have been microsoft. Either way I posted a good review.
On another note can you tell me;

Could you please provide the complete set of possible values that your webhook may include for:

  • call.disconnection_reason

  • call.call_status

  • analysis.call_successful

  • any other related outcome properties

We need this to correctly map all call outcomes in our Make.com automation and ensure routes do not overlap.

I particularly need to guarantee the following work; No_Answer, Phone_Dead, Voice_mail and probably a few more. :slight_smile:
