I’d like to submit two feature requests that I believe would provide significant value to many Retell users.
1. Native CRM Integrations (GoHighLevel & HubSpot)
Please consider adding native integrations for GoHighLevel and HubSpot. Currently, we have to rely on third-party automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n to connect Retell with our CRM workflows. This adds complexity, increases maintenance, and often leads to automation failures that require ongoing troubleshooting.
A native integration would allow users to:

Book appointments directly from Retell

Read and update custom fields

Create and update contacts

Trigger CRM actions seamlessly

Build more reliable workflows with less setup time
This is a critical feature for agencies and businesses using Retell at scale. Many competing platforms already offer native CRM integrations, and even Vapi provides a native GoHighLevel integration.
2. White Labeling & Rebilling
Another highly valuable feature would be built-in white labeling and rebilling capabilities. Currently, agencies need to develop custom applications or billing systems to resell Retell services to their clients.
Native support for:

Usage tracking per client

Automated rebilling and invoicing

Agency-level account management
would make Retell much more attractive for agencies and significantly accelerate adoption.
Both of these features would reduce friction, improve user experience, and help agencies scale on the Retell platform. Please consider prioritizing them on your roadmap.
