looking for assistance. im trying to set up my meta ads to where whenever an instant form is submitted. my retell sends a text to that lead to book an appointment and if no answer, then retell calls the lead at 10 minutes. if retell gets the lead on the phone, i then want retell to check google calendars to see what available slots are open and lastly push the lead through to my clients jobtread crm.
I dont have any of this actually set up yet. I have a call with a big client that wants this kind of set up. I have my retell account all set up and i have the prompt set up the way i want it. I just dont know how to create the workflow automation. I use nun for my automations, Google Calendar for appointments (so does my clients), I personally use hubspot for my crm, but my client uses jobtread.
