Integrations & Webhooks

Native Integrations

Retell connects directly with:

  • Twilio — telephony provider
  • Vonage — telephony provider
  • HubSpot — CRM integration

  • Cal.com — calendar booking
  • Zapier / Make / n8n — workflow automation

Webhooks

Get real-time notifications when events happen:

  • Call started / ended
  • Call analyzed
  • Agent response generated
  • Custom events from your flow

Setting up webhooks:

  1. Go to Settings → Webhooks
  2. Add your endpoint URL
  3. Select which events to receive
  4. Use the webhook secret to verify payloads

Custom Functions

  • Call any external API during a conversation
  • Define the function in your agent or flow
  • Agent triggers the function when needed
  • Response data is available for the agent to use

MCP Tools

  • Model Context Protocol tools for advanced integrations
  • Connect external data sources and services
  • Agent can use tools during conversation
