This email is associated with multiple workspaces, Can you send the the workspace Id where you are experiencing this.
Note: If there are any open (unpaid) invoices across all workspaces, sending invitations will be blocked.

Our system checks the payment status across all of your workspaces, so an unpaid invoice on one workspace can block certain actions (like sending invitations) on your other workspaces as well.
