I’m having an issue where I’m not receiving workspace invites. I checked spam/junk too, and the email address is correct. Any idea what might be causing this?

Team investigated this and here’s what they found:
The workspace invitations for org_FovcqI5akTB4F44w were successfully created on our end — they can see 6 invite attempts in the last week, all processed successfully (most recently on May 11). The invitation emails are sent through Auth0’s email system, which is separate from Retell’s infrastructure.
Since the invites were created successfully but the emails aren’t arriving (even in spam/junk), this is likely an email deliverability issue between Auth0’s email service and your braincx.ai email domain. Here are a couple of things to try:
- Check with your email/IT admin — Ask if your braincx.ai domain has strict email filtering rules (SPF/DKIM/DMARC policies) that might be silently blocking emails from Auth0’s sending domain.
- Try with an alternative email — As a test, the org admin (muhammad.hamza@braincx.com) could send an invite to a different email address (e.g., a personal Gmail) to confirm invites work in general. If that succeeds, it confirms the issue is specific to your braincx.ai email filtering.
