Error when trying to invite members to a workspace

When i try to invite a member to join any workspace in my account, I get this in the network tab

despite having invoices paid for this other workspace and the subscription has also been cancelled for this workspace.

Hi @Omar_Ashraf, when i try to invite, i see a failed api request to endpoint

When i open the workspace, I see another error response when attempting to hit

And the account has its invoice paid.

Looking at Evy AI’s response, it seems like there was a similar issue you solved on the discord by something on retells end, rather than ours.

This is preventing us from adding team members, please assist.

Okay, I need the org id for the workspace that you are using to send the invite, not Regenexsis.

The org id for that workspace (Kirkland Family Dentistry) is org_BuZ1vPAB6d5eRLyU

However this error seems to persist for all workspaces, just an fyi.

Attempting to create a new workspace also gives me an error. First it gave me this error

We double checked all workspaces and cant seem to find any unpaid bills.

If there is indeed an issue with unpaid bills, could you please let us know the org id or workspace name since we cant seem to find it
