Is there any open invoice in your workspace?

Our system checks the payment status across all of your workspaces, so an unpaid invoice on one workspace can block certain actions (like sending invitations) on your other workspaces as well.

If you don’t have any invoices kindly share your ORG ID?

Team checked your account, you’re member of many other workspaces that may contain unpaid invoices and either those invoices need to be paid or you need to leave those workspaces.
