I just noticed this, but I think I’ve experienced these multiple charges in past billing periods also.
This issue has been reported by other users(1)(2). You can review your billing breakdown in the Billing tab of your workspace to see the itemized phone number charges(3).
To verify the actual number of phone numbers in your workspace, check your phone numbers section in the dashboard. If you’re being charged for more numbers than you actually have, this appears to be a billing bug that has affected other accounts(2).
Next steps:
Other users who experienced similar billing issues had their accounts refunded and subscriptions corrected after reporting the problem to the support team(2)(5).
