Enable outbound calls to Peru (+51) for my account

Hi Retell team,

I’m getting the error “Call country not supported: PE” when making outbound calls to Peru (+51) from my Retell phone number.

Could you please enable outbound calling to Peru (+51) for my account/workspace?

Workspace: fredy cur… (shown in my dashboard)
Error: {“status”:“error”,“message”:“Call country not supported: PE, +51952305385”}

Hello @fredycuro21 Unfortunately Peru is not currently supported for outbound calls through Retell’s managed telephony providers. To make calls to Peru, you’d need to set up Custom Telephony with your own SIP trunk.
