Billing Disperancy

Hi, I think there may be a billing discrepancy in my dashboard. For the selected usage period, the total cost shows $0.53, but the visible chat sessions in Chat History add up to only $0.116:

• $0.024

• $0.028

• $0.028

• $0.036

Call History is empty, so there are no call charges contributing to the total.

Could you please clarify where the remaining $0.414 comes from? If there are internal runs, retries, provider routing, or hidden billable events not shown in Chat History, could you break those down for me?

The invoice also includes testing charges, but testing chats do not appear in the Chat History.
