I hope you’re doing well.
I recently created my Retell AI account and noticed that my Upcoming Invoice shows a total of $3.61.
However, when I review the billing details, my Usage page shows only $0.52 in usage charges for approximately 5.02 minutes of calls. I can also see a $1.61 charge for a US Twilio phone number, but these charges still do not add up to the total invoice amount.
Could you please provide a complete itemized breakdown of the upcoming invoice? There appears to be an additional amount that I cannot account for.
If these are additional fees, could you please clarify what they are for? If not, could this be a billing bug or a display issue on the dashboard?
I would appreciate your clarification so I can better understand my billing before the invoice is finalized.
