AI agent calls rate limits

Hey there. I use Retell for my business, and I’ve recently run into a problem. I originally created my AI agents through the Retell dashboard and handled testing manually, but I decided to try a different approach: creating AI testing agents (also via the Retell dashboard) that make outbound calls to my real agents, which can accept inbound calls.

The issue is that after a certain number of calls, the model gets suspended, and I can’t figure out exactly what’s causing it. Are there any limitations on Retell’s side, or is this a telecom provider issue? I need to understand the root cause so I can avoid it and make my testing workflow more efficient.
